Developed an Architecture Repository portal for all documentation of Standards, Guidance, and reference architectures.
The portal is GitHub focused with automated, revision-controlled publishing engine with peer review of changes.
Defined processes for submission, review, approval, and publication of architecture documents, as well as quorum and voting processes for ratifications of new Standards.
Aligned Standards and Guidance documents with industry best practices and regulatory requirements and ensured they are easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
The portal is built using Hugo static site generator, hosted on AWS CloudFront for global accessibility and performance. Implemented GitHub Actions workflows to automate the publishing process, ensuring that any changes to the documentation are automatically reflected in the portal.
The Architecture Repository has received positive feedback from architects and stakeholders for its ease of use, comprehensive content, and efficient publication process. It has become a central resource for architectural knowledge within the organization.
